Select smart TV can have the Apple TV app (or Apple TV+ app). For some supported TVs, the app may be pre-installed, for others users can download the app through the TV’s app repository (“App Store” or similar).

Unsupported TVs may connect an external streaming device. That can be an Apple TV box, or Roku, Fire TV, Nvidia Shield, Xbox, PlayStation, ‘Chromecast with Google TV’ dongle, or select cable or satellite boxes that support the Apple TV app.

Each TV will need its own independent access method.

You may use your Apple ID account with the subscription(s) or purchases on as many devices with the Apple TV app as you have, but the number of simultaneous streams is limited.
