I just got the Swift 360 Keyboard from MaveMall but the trackpad doesn't seem to work smoothly. I found some articles saying there's a setting to enable the trackpad. Where is that setting?

it's a setting on your iPad that you have to enable.
To turn it on, go to Setting > General > Trackpad > Turn on "Tap to Click.
They've also mentioned it on their page: here :)
Have you tried contacting Mave support to see if they provide any instructions on how to properly configure this keyboard to work with your particular iPad model?
I did not find under “tap to click” where you said it would be.
