Bought in March 2023 MacBook Pro m2 max, it was ok on Queen Mary 2 satellites internet plan in May 2023. But right now since 7/21/2023, almost 3 days all browsers can't loading login page. Shows:" A problem occurred. The webpage couldn't be located." Tried renew DSN, forgot this Wi-Fi. Power off and on many times.......
i'm on the Atlantic, no data and no phone call, I'm using very expensive satellites right with my iPhone, asking help!
Launch a browser and enter the all-numeric IP address: 1.1.1.1 <and press Return>
If it gets intercepted with a login page, you can enter your credentials and log in.
If you get the CloudFlare** splash page, all is working except Domain Name Server (DNS).
**CloudFlare is not part of the solution, they just have the easiest to remember all numeric IP address.

Yes, I talked to boat staff everyday with different person, no one can solved the problem. They told me some client’s MacBook got same issue, and this should be because they change the system to starlink, still no clue for my MacBook pro’s connection and my iPhone’s wechat.
Anyway thank you for your help.
you can try turning Wi-Fi on and off,
you can try Restarting your Mac.
You can try taking your MacBook to the office and fiddling with it there, perhaps you can get it going there, then take it back to your cabin later.
System preferences > Network ...
does it say "connected".. or something else?

What EXACTLY does the screen say when you launch a Browser and enter 1.1.1.1 in the searchbar?
have you talked to the boat staff about this?
do they think it is working?
Usually it will pop up login page, but now either enter 1.1.1.1 or nothing, all showing blank page.
