Can’t get to login login page on hotel Wi-Fi anymore.

“A problem occurred. This webpage cannot be loaded.”

This error message keeps popping up when I try to login to any hotel Wi-Fi. I’m at different hotels multiple times a week. Same computer I’ve had & until the last couple weeks I’ve never had a problem logging in to Wi-Fi. I am running macOS Mojave version 10.14.6.

I’ve used safari & Firefox. Same issue. VERY FRUSTRATING. I keep having to use my hotspot time.

Have you tried deleting the browsers' cache and disabling any browser extensions and plugins?

If you have any anti-virus or security software, perhaps it is interfering.

Try booting into Safe Mode to see if you can connect.

Create a new user which will bypass any issues with your main account so we can narrow down where the issue is.
