My iPad keeps dying at 5-80?

Whenever I charge my iPad after it so called “died”, it would pop up the battery to be at 5-80?????? This has been a problem for about 3-6 months? And yes, I know, 5-10 is casual because of batter saver!

but here’s the thing, i have it off? I’ve asked Siri, looked, gone into settings to figure out if there could be another problem, does anyone know what is happening, or how to fix it?

thank you!
