Suspicious logos on Apple Watch

Just got a call on my Apple Watch which I picked up and suspected two weird suspicious logos (a check which I wasn’t able to take a pic of, and a mini keyboard with a phone facing down on top it looks like). anybody have a clue about this??

It seems like that the watch wanted to answer the call with RTT (real time text) on, and that the other party does not have RTT enabled


RTT Is a geniune watchOS function to help with accessibility, so this is not a suspicious thing.
