Call drop issue in iPhone SE 2nd Generation

The issue of call dropping is going on inside my phone since last few months, this problem has happened since the update after iso 15.2. I reset the phone completely, changed the network but still it didn’t work.

Till now no support has been received from Apple Customer Care, I have complained about it several times.

Call Droping Hi, I have been facing a issue with my iPhone 11 after updating the IOS to 16 & beyond. The calls drop frequently, I tried all the cellular service providers and the issue is persistent. Well I tried contacting apple but they blamed the service provider for this issue and are not responding to my mails.

Call dropping post iOS 16.5 After iOS 16.5 update my iPhone 11 SE frequently dropping calls within 1-2 minutes. Also few contacts couldn’t get call connected , that issue resolved only after i blocked and unblocked contacts. Even multiple switch ON -OFF has not rectified call dropping issue. Call Drop on iPhone 11 I have an iPhone SE, iPhone 11, iPhone 13. This issue persists only in iPhone 11 that too for over past 4 months. After the recent update iOS 16.5, most probably a week ago it has become more irritating. Calls are fine over the speaker or airpods or wired apple headphones but it always gets disconnected while on phone earpiece. I have gone through all the options of - a) resetting it as new, b) restore, c) apple store visit, d) carrier store visit, e) reset e-sim, f) sim card change. Still the issue didn’t resolve. It is completely a software issue which Apple is not at all trying to address. Calls are the basic necessity of any phone. Apple always keep pushing updates and it always comes up with more new bugs.

Go to Settings > Accessibility > SIRI > Call Hang-Up, turn off this option.
