Not genuine camera

This message can mean several things:

1) A non-genuine Apple part was used on a repair

2) The camera is original, but may be having a problem

3) False alarm

Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple Service shop to have the phone checked over.

Have you had the camera repaired at a facility other than Apple? If so, you have voided your Apple Care and Apple may not provide service. If not, make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store to see what is the problem.
