I set a 2nd pass code on my iphone and can't open my Apple id anymore? how do I unlock?

We are not entirely sure what you reference for a second passcode, but if you can not sign into your Apple ID, we recommend the guidance in If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support to assist with regaining access. If this is not for the Apple ID, please elaborate further on the passcode you are using.
