My solo beats 3 wireless headphones won’t turn on but are charged what can I do

I’ve charged them and the power button light won’t turn on at all I’ve tried to reset them but there’s no light unless I have the charger on them

It sounds like you've tried to to some great troubleshooting steps. Make sure you reset them following these steps:


  1. "Hold down the volume down button and the power button for 10 seconds.
  2. When the Fuel Gauge flashes, release the buttons. 


Your headphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again."


Reset your Beats on-ear or over-ear headphones - Apple Support


We also recommend making sure that iOS is up-to-date on your paired iPhone. Before updating, we recommend backing up your iPhone first. These articles can be of help. When you back up, you can back up using a Mac or PC rather than iCloud if you choose.

If you're still having trouble, we recommend contacting Apple Support for additional help or visiting your local Apple Authorized Service Provider, Apple Store, or Apple Authorized Distributor.
