2014 MacBook not allowing sign in to App Store even though proper user/pass is used
i completely erased contents of a 2014 MacBook. When attempting to sign into the App Store with the proper credentials, two things happen:
- Our other Apple devices show the 2FA protocol notification and the one time code
- the MacBook states the user/pass is incorrect
The credentials must be correct,
or else the 2FA protocol would not pop up.
Any ideas?
