My account says disabled

I tried adding a new payment method since I no longer have my other & it said my account is disabled ?

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 15

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.


You won't be able to add the new method without getting this resolved.
