Hey there adyunglik,

While it doesn't sound like your Apple ID is compromised, if you believe otherwise, we wanted to provide this article that has the next steps to take: If you think your Apple ID has been compromised

We want to help by learning more about what's happening, along with ruling out some basics:

  1. We are unsure what 'Gum Criteo' is, but we understand it's appearing within specific apps you use. Which apps are affected, and what is 'Gum Criteo'? The more details you provide us, the better we'll understand exactly what's happening.
  2. When did this start to occur?
  3. If you have a compatible iPhone model, the latest version is iOS 16.6. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then update: Update your iPhone or iPad

Cheers!
