Apple is also not in law enforcement. They will not get involved.

As long as the phone still has power, you can see where it is by logging into your account on any other computer and use Find My.

Sorry no. The IMEI cannot be used to track an iPhone except by the carriers and they normally require a warrant from the police to do so.

If you had find my iPhone turned on, you can log in to https://icloud.com/find and track it through there yourself.

Buy a cheaper phone, or borrow one, while you save money to buy an iPhone later.

Also note, that selling iPhones is illegal in Iran, due to government regulations, likewise, Apple is unable to provide support in that country for legal reasons.

Apple does not do business in Iran. It is illegal to sell or give an iphone to anyone who intends to take it to Iran.

No support for any Apple product is available in Iran. You can’t even legally use an Apple ID to use these forums if you’re in Iran.
