Unknown Part Message

The message "unknown part" doesn't always mean it's not an Apple Part. These are the reasons you can get that notification:

-Was replaced with a nongenuine camera

-Was already used or installed in another iPhone

-Isn't functioning as expected

It's possible your camera could be having a hardware issue. I would advise scheduling an appointment at an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service provider or reaching out to Apple Phone Support:

Might be a software glitch.
