How can I put photos in albums and delete them from library?

You can't. The Library includes all photos. If you delete them from the Library they will be deleted from the albums as well.

Note that this does not use more space on your iPhone; even if you add a photo to one or more albums, there is only one photo stored and it is displayed in multiple places.

You don't put photos into albums so that you can delete them from your library. Albums are organizing tools. A photo that is in the library can be in one album, multiple albums, or no albums.

Deleting a photo from the library will delete it from all albums.
