Apple Watch not synching with Boarding Passes in Wallet

I have an IWatch 4 with version 9.5.2 and IPhone 11 with version 16.5.1 I used to be able to get my boarding passes on the watch but no longer can. When I open up wallet in my watch the boarding passes are not shown. All of the other cards are there although it keeps telling me that I have expired cards but the phone is not showing any. So it does not appear to be synching. I have restarted both devices at the same time to try and get the two to synch but with no joy.

I really would like to avoid deleting the wallet and installing it back in.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.

To address the issue with your cards not syncing from iPhone to Apple Watch in Wallet, make sure both devices are running the most recent software versions for the most recent performance fixes. After they have updates and restarted, try removing one of the cards, if this continues. Add the card back to iPhone and check on iPhone for any errors and whether it shows correctly on Apple Watch.

Remove a card from Apple Pay

1. Open the Wallet app on your Apple Watch.

2. Tap to select a card.

3. Scroll down, then tap Remove.

You can also open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, tap My Watch, tap Wallet & Apple Pay, tap the card, then tap Remove Card.

Add a card to Apple Watch with your iPhone

1. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.

2. Tap My Watch, then tap Wallet & Apple Pay.

3. If you have cards on your other Apple devices, or cards that you recently removed, tap Add next to a card you want to add, then enter the card’s CVV.

4. For any other card, tap Add Card, then follow the onscreen instructions.

Your card issuer may require additional steps to verify your

identity.

If it's just a specific type of item that you can't add to the Wallet app, you'll want to contact Apple to report that issue.

thanks for the reply

I don’t have any issues with the cc/debit cards. Just with the boarding passes that I have in the wallet. As with most things it was working last month

the updates on both devices are showing none

Same here. Apple Watch7, iPhone 14, all latest software (April 24). Both rebooted - no boarding cards (or tickets)..
