Can i make a family member a co owner if they do not use an apple product?

You’ll have an issue activating that card, you’ll have an issue requesting the card (you must request a card via iPhone), but when you use the card and not Apple Pay, the card pays only a 1% Daily Cash back.

Customer Support is via an iPhone (Apple Messages), so the family member will be borrowing you’re iPhone to request the card, activate the card, and contact customer support to receive their Daily Cash, in the form of a check.
