I don't see the option for Indoor Cycle, it was there last week. How do I find it again?
I have an Apple Watch series 6, today at the gym when I went to select my workout the Indoor Cycle option was not available.

It should still be there, and I am not aware of any way to delete workout types from an Apple Watch. I suggest you start with the universal computer fix - in case of doubt, Reboot!
To restart your Apple Watch simply press and hold bot the Digital Crown and the Side Button (together) until the white Apple logo appears. Then release the buttons and wait for the watch to restart.
Please be aware, Apple has released a new iPhone software update today (iOS 16.6) so there might also be a new software coming for Apple Watch. (Update your iPhone first and Watch second!)
