I logged onto my account and changed my username, which is an email. Now when I try to log on using the new email, I am in a constant loop of username and then password. I cannot log onto my account now. Please advise.

Is your username allready changed? Did you get a message with a confirmation of the change? If so, reboot your device and try to login again.
If not, try and login with the old credentials to see what will happen
I tried to change my Apple ID and now I am locked out of my account. Please advise.
