How do I run a diagnostic test on my AirPods Pro (1st Generation) ?

As far as I know Apple has not released any diagnostics or test tools for AirPods. It is likely for what is basically a very small Bluetooth speaker and microphone, most testing will need dedicated and calibrated hardware to perform audio tests. If you have any concerns about your AirPods please contact Apple Support and arrange to have your equipment tested by Apple.
