Iphone 6 was dropped and run over by a car. picked up new iphone 12 from verizon and need to upload the i6 so i can download back to i12. i6 is stuck on security lock...for 4 hours!!!

Backups are for before disaster strikes. If you don’t have a backup and can’t unlock your phone there is no way to recover the data from it.
If your phone was run over, it may be damaged and may not work at all. This will explain how to get back into the phone, if it will still work.
