Foggy camera lense; dark phone screen

I kayaked to some cold springs and took my iPhone out multiple times to take photos. It rained on the kayak trip back, and the bag in which my iPhone was held became damp. Later that night I noticed my camera lenses become foggy. The next morning both my front and back facing cameras were completely fogged up, and the brightness level of my screen is extremely low. I can barely see anything on the screen now, and the condensation is still present underneath the camera lens. Suggestions on how to fix/what to do next?
