missing icloud albums on icloud.com

PC windows 10, new

Chrome browser

ipad updates itself automatically

iphone updates itself automatically

Not sure where I'm going wrong or where to turn. I have read at least 50 articles online about accessing my photos on icloud.com, which is how I know there is supposed to be a sidebar. But nope, no sidebar. Nothing to click on to open the sidebar.

I have lots of photos, but none are in albums, which are all organized on my ipad and iphone using icloud photos. The sidebar works on my ipad. I have to scroll a lot on my iphone. Sync is enabled.

I'd sure like to go through my photos online where I have 2 monitors so I can drag and drop to organize where needed. Unfortunately I recieved only a small portion of photos which I can see with file explorer, and no albums.

Thanks in advance,

GJ

Hi there ginnyjenna,

If you don't see a sidebar when viewing your photos on iCloud.com, click on the blue square icon like the one below:

1. In Photos on iCloud.com, do one of the following:
* Click Library in the sidebar to see thumbnails of all your photos and videos.
* If you don’t see the sidebar, click the Open Sidebar button.
* Click an album or folder in the sidebar to view its contents.
