Hello! My daughter just turned 13 and I deleted her id from family sharing. Eventhough she has her own apple id, my google contacts appear on her phone and everytime she changes a name for a nickname, changes on mine.
I deactivated the contacs option apps using icloud on my phone, but only my icloud contacts desapeared from my device. Thanks.

Thanks for choosing the Apple Support Communities. We see your Contacts are showing up, and able to be edited on your daughter's Apple ID. Since this is through Google Contacts, we would want to remove the Google Contacts account from her iPhone. Here is how: Manage and delete contacts on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
Once the account is deleted from her iPhone, they will no longer have access or be able to make changes to that Contacts account.
