Restore From a Time Machine Backup:

Did you ever create a Create a Time Machine Backup of your Mac with all of this installed? If so, restore this data from it, using this link: Restore items Backed Up with Time Machine on Mac - Apple Support. To get the app back, contact the Developer, requesting a new license key and install file, informing them that you've accidentally deleted it.

You can quite easily get Mac compatible versions of MS Office. Or use a free MS compatible office suite such as FreeOffice or LibreOffice.
