Trade in iPhone for gift card (UK)

I’m wanting to trade in mine and partners iPhones for gift cards rather than towards new phones (already purchased) but when clicking the link to do so it forwards me to apple.com where it’s giving $ prices and asking for ZIP code address etc.

I see no way to change country on said page so; How do I trade for gift card online?
