The settings app is always running in the background

The settings app runs over 12 hours a day when I look at my screentime, but I don’t understand why. I’ve tried to restart my phone, close the app and I have turned off the background app refresh but nothing works. Does anyone know what I can do about this?

This results in both the average time being inaccurate and time limits set on apps activating prematurely. iOS 18 apps running when iPhone is off After updating to iOS 18, I noticed my screen time skyrocketing. Taking a deeper look, I saw that the last application I used before turning off the phone for the night keeps running even though the phone is off. Anybody else experienced this?

How to fix Screen Time bug causing limited apps to turn off after rest time in iOS 26.2? Hello… I need help. After the iOS 26.2 update the limited apps (like i have youtube for 1h 45min) turn off in the morning righ after my rest time turns off (it ends 7:00) and i need to restart my phone to make the system think and let me use the limited apps.
