I’d like to back up my iPhone / iPad to another drive … D:\ or even E:\ … as I don’t have enough room on my C:\ SSD drive. Currently using Windows 11.
When you have a chance, can you provide that option?

See Relocate iOS device backups. Review the rest of the Make a split library portable user tip for advice on organizing the library on external storage. Note that iTunes will still inspect the C: drive for space. If your device needs a 50Gb backup then C: needs to have greater than 50Gb free before you start, but if you've set up the redirection correctly the free space on C: will be unchanged after the backup completes.
