Always On Display goes BLACK when the lights are off in my room
I have an iPhone 14 Pro, IOS 16.5.1.
I want to use the phone with the Always On Display as my bedside clock when I go to bed.
Unfortunately, about 1 minute after turning off the lights in my room, the display dims and 1 minute later, goes black. If I have the light on the side table next to the iPhone turned on, the display remains on.
- Always On Display setting is ON.
- Night Shift is OFF.
- Focus modes are OFF.
- I initially had a Do Not Disturb schedule enabled. (FYI - the schedule was set to start at 11:00 but the behavior started prior to that at 10:30).
