I wanted to use my prepaid card to get a few things from family island. I checked and have plenty on my card. I don’t use my bank information anymore because I was getting unauthorized purchases please help
I have had unauthorized payments taken out of my account so I don’t use my bank information anymore. I use prepaid cards, visa cards to pay for what I’d like to get online. I know I have enough money because I check the amount on the card and when I went to purchase a package from Family Island, they declined my payment. What do I do?
