I got a power bank and it did not charge my iPad. I have the latest update, but my sister hasn’t updated it yet. It works perfectly fine on hers and everyone else’s devices. We cleaned my iPad charging port 4 times and, it’s not damaged. I dis installed the update and it worked. But then it auto updated and didn’t work. I need help with this. Thank you!

You are clearly having difficulty with one or other of the recent Rapid Security Response (RSR) Updates - both of which have been superseded by iPadOS 16.6 released 24th July.
If you have not already done so, you should update to this version - as it includes essential security updates and bug fixes.
