Hi mohit_dalvi,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. First, it might be best to start with the guidance from If you can’t hear sound from your Mac speakers - Apple Support as that can help check general speaker settings. You mentioned changing some settings so you may have seen and tried those steps already.
Since it seems to be the vocals only, changing the Sound Check settings might help. This can help adjust the loudness between songs. Guidance below is from If music in Apple Music sounds quiet - Apple Support.
"How to turn Sound Check on or off on your Mac
- Open the Apple Music app.
- In the menu bar, choose Music > Preferences or Music > Settings.
- Click the Playback tab.
- Select or deselect Sound Check."
Lastly, if you're using Apple Music, check your equalizer presets. Perhaps those have been reset or changed. The following is from related article, Adjust the sound quality in Music on Mac - Apple Support.
"Use the Music equalizer
- In the Music app
on your Mac, choose Window > Equalizer. - Do one of the following:
- Choose a preset option from the pop-up menu.
- Drag the frequency sliders (also knowns as faders) up or down to increase or decrease the volume of a frequency (in decibels).
The equalizer’s settings apply to all songs until you change the settings, except for songs that have equalizer presets assigned to them.
3. Select On to turn on the equalizer."
All the best.
