How do I cancel an Apple Cash payment?

If the recipient (lawn man) does nothing the payment is automatically returned to sender’s account. This generally takes 3 to 5 days to complete.

1. Open the Messages app, then open the conversation and tap the payment.
2. Your Apple Cash card will open in the Wallet app. Under Latest Transactions, tap the payment, then tap it again.
3. Tap Cancel Payment.

If you don't see Cancel Payment, the person has already accepted the payment. Try asking the recipient to send the money back to you instead.

It might take 1-3 business days for the money to be refunded, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What payment method did you use. If it was Apple Cash, that should only to sent to a person that you know. This is a private transaction between two parties and is just like any other cash transaction without any protection offered by a credit card purchase. You can cancel the Cash transaction only if the person that you sent it to has not received it yet. If they have received it, you should ask them for the money back. This should not be a problem with a person that you know.

I recently signed up to Apple Pay for Apple TV+ (which I actually cancelled last week), and now it's sent me a letter from the Bank about the payment.

How do I cancel? I unfortunately don't have an Iphone.

If the subscription was purchased in the App Store, you can cancel it by going to Settings > [name on top] > Subscriptions, then tap the name of the subscription followed by the Cancel button.

Some apps will offer a free trial for a short period of time to see if you would like the service before the subscription starts, and other apps do not. It is not possible to make every app a free trial, by trying out the service and then requesting a refund later. In most cases all transactions are final in the App Store. You can try to request a refund, but it is not guaranteed.

In the future, if you want to try out a service first, you will need to get one that offers a free trial and you will just need to cancel that free trial at least 24 hours before the trial period ends to avoid any charges. Ask the person you gave cash to for your cash back. If you make a mistake, that’s on you. Not sure what relief you’re looking for.

I managed to get the refund after extensive Googling last week.

I need to cancel my Apple TV pay and the 1.99 charge on my bank account. I don’t even watch Apple TV.
