Hello flasht,
I'd suggest making sure Apple Watch is mirroring your iPhone's settings and also making sure Precise Location is on for the best results
On iPhone:
I hope this helps!

I had the same problem, but I seem to have fixed it.
I edited the complications in my watch face to remove the weather app, then reinstalled that complication - straightaway, it showed different icons from what it had done just before, and now they match what’s on the phone.
Try force restarting both devices.
Everything is set as You wrote, location is the same, but...
It's getting even worse...
Temperatures do match, but icons don't. And I checked the detailed view, there are zero thunderstorms on these days (by IPhone). What is going on?
It did not help.
Can't believe I'm the only one having this problem... where can I report it officially?
You are not alone, I got the same issue. However, the apple weather forecast, regardless on iPhone or Watch, is so misguided that it doesn't matter at all :)
Any fix for this issue? Annoying to see a temperature difference of 10 or more degrees between what’s showing on my Apple Watch and iPhone
