MacBook Pro a1990 with dell d3100 docking station

I have a MacBook Pro a1990 Touch Bar and unable to connect Dell D3100 docking station. Kindly advise

OS Required
Wins OS (Win 7, 8, 8.1, 10) 32/64 bits
advice:
get a docking station that at least acknowleges the existence of Macs.
NB>> If you want to connect multiple displays on one cable to a Mac, the port, the cable and the first device (dock or display) must ALL must be genuine Thunderbolt.
USB has fewer data pathways, and is not adequate.
