I have a new password. To check my emails on the computer., but it’s rejected every time I entered??

Does that new password work when you use a browser to connect directly with the internet service provider's web site? If so, the your Mac's email app is apparently not sending either the correct password or user ID. Carefully reenter them into the app's preferences. If that fails, then delete the user account and create a new one in the Mac. That will usually work to resolve the problem.

If your email password is not working as expected, please contact your email provider. They will be in the best position to assist you.
