"Incorrect Password for Exchange" pop up removal?

I get this message whenever I go into my contacts on my phone and sometimes the system app. The thing is that I work for myself and that I do have an Outlook 365 account but the password for that doesn't work. I tried the other VPN/Device Management. There is nothing there, when I try to add an account like my Outlook. It says it is already in use. Also doesn't work to contact the administrator as this is my personal phone and I own my own business. No school accounts either.

How can I get this to go away.

iPhone SE, iOS 16

Howdy KD_0476,

It sounds like you are having an issue with your Exchange email popping up saying the password is incorrect. We know how important having a working email is for you, and we will help get you to the right place to find a resolution.

Since the issue is with the password for the account, we will need to refer you to Microsoft's support for assistance. You can reach out to them via this link: Contact Us - Microsoft Support
