why won’t my FaceTime photos save?
Every time i screenshot on FaceTime it doesn’t save in my photos
iPhone 11, iOS 16
Other users have reported that restarting the iPhone fixed the problem for them. It may be something as simple as that.

Are you using Screen Time that restricts the use of Screenshots?
Are you able to take screen shots when not using FaceTime?
I am still able to do screenshot when not FaceTiming but It won’t screenshot when on FaceTime and then I don’t have screen time enabled
