If I tried to reboot remote. Then on tv accessibility shortcut display started.

Apple TV Remote Not controlling Volume This is an ongoing issue that happens every now and again. All other buttons on my Apple TV remote work except the volume up and down and the mute button. I have tried everything...resetting my remote by pressing the control center and volume down buttons as well as doing a factory reset on the Apple TV itself. I have left the Apple TV unplugged overnight (which has worked in the past) and it's still not working. NOTHING WORKS! This has been going on for days and is a serious bug that Apple needs to fix. If anyone out there has an idea, please reach out. I am desperate to fix this.

if your remote get defect buttons you can purchase a replacement
