I can't reset my Beats Solo 3

I have tried and tried to reset my Beats Solo3 . And it’s not working

To reset Beats Solo3, hold down both the down volume button and power button for 10 seconds. When the Fuel Gauge (lights below power button) flashes, release the buttons.



Then, setup the Beats Solo3 again by following these steps: Set up and use your Solo3 Wireless headphones

Troubleshooting Beat Pairing:


A. Start here: If you can't Connect to your Wireless Beats Product - Apple Support


No succes?...

B. Beats Contact Us Info:

Contact the manufacturer, and request assistance with finding a solution. Ask them for some tip on troubleshooting this, and ask if you can get a swapout. They make the product. So, they'd know an upfront answer.
