Spam: I've been called several time with the number +31 970... Can I block this

It isn't yet possible to block a range in iOS. But, there is a $2.99 item in the App Store that supposedly works very well for that.

I have not tried either of these myself. I only mention them because I know they exist. Sure can't hurt anything to try the free one, first.

If you're asking if you can block all numbers coming from that country and area code, no, you can't. You will have to block each number individually.

There may be third-party apps in the App Store that will help you do what you want. But I have no real experience with them. NoMoRoBo is one I've heard of.

To block a number, tap Recents to see the recent calls → Block This Caller.
