My iphone 14 pro max charging port problem.

I have purchased iphone 14 pro max in January . 

I was facing issue in charging port as identified by me and visited my nearest apple service centre and they also identified that there is a problem in charging port (service center employee sumit).

Earlier I was an android user so in android for charging we can only plug in the charging wire inside the phones charging slot in only one way, even if we rotate the wire it will not charge the phone. So I thought in Iphone thats also the same case while plugging in the wire inside the phone for charging. When I bought the phone in January I was only be able to charge the phone by plugging in the usb lightning in the phone in only one way and if i rotate the lightning cable upside down then it won't charge the phone so I thought this is same like android but after 3 months one of my friend told me thats not the case and we can charge our phone in any way when we plug in the usb lightning wire into the charging slot of the iphone. So it was a manufacturing defect from the day I buyed the phone

After I visited the service centre in Tresor service centre in Sector 11 Panchkula, Haryana but after the inspection they told me that it is a physical damage but they were not able to prove me any physical damage on the phone as there is not even a single scratch on the iphone nor there is any water damage. My phone is in brand new condition but service centre were not listening and repeating there words by telling me its a physical damage

Please get in touch with the officials and fix this issue because I first time purchased this iphone because I heared that there services and quality are premium but after buying 14 pro max which cost around 1,50,000 and after 3 months a manufacturing defect came to light but the service centre is not listning to any of my problem. Please help me to get this problem resolve ASAP!
