on the system preferences panel, it show the akti node eGPU, show the it as monitor but does not show the name of the card nor it lets me useee it as primary

  1. Checked the compatibility of my AMD GPU (Navi 23 - RX 6600 or RX 6600 XT) with macOS Monterey 12.1 or a newer version. Also, verified if my Akitio Node eGPU is compatible with my specific Mac model.
  2. Ensured that my macOS is up to date with the latest version. Additionally, installed the latest driver updates for my AMD GPU and Akitio Node eGPU, if available.
  3. Checked for other kernel extensions that might conflict with the proper functioning of the eGPU. Temporarily disabled these extensions to see if the eGPU would start working correctly.
  4. Verified the connections of the Akitio Node eGPU to ensure they are correct and that the eGPU is receiving adequate power.

Unfortunately, even after following these steps, my eGPU is still not being recognized correctly. I am still seeking additional solutions and would appreciate any help or guidance the community can offer to resolve the issue.
