Weird message and computer crash

My mail wouldn't work so I rebooted my MacBook. When I signed in afterwards, the screen went black and then I got a weird message in multiple languages that I've never seen before. Then it rebooted itself and I received a regular message about why my Mac was restarted. But I was concerned about the 1st message. I've included both messages. Thanks in advance for your help. :)

Learn what to do if your computer restarts or shuts down unexpectedly, or you get a message that your computer restarted or shut down because of a problem.

Kernel Panics are predominately caused by hardware faults or faulty third-party kernel extensions.

If it just happens once, you can just chalk it up as a glitch. I think that has happened to all of us at least once. If you really want to figure out if you have any 3rd party extensions that could be causing the problem, then you should run EtreCheck and post the results here using the Additional Text option when posting. EtreCheck is a free program developed by a fellow user here that works great for diagnostic purposes.

Thank you leroydouglas!

I do know what to do but I was surprised that it crashed after I restarted it and that weird message (photo) that I received that I've never had before. I don't have any 3rd party extensions, I don't think.

This happened about 24 hours after I installed the most recent software update. Maybe there are kinks in it?

Thanks for you reply :) Have a great day
