Clicked share icloud photos on all devices and now my microsoft photo crashes and the icloud pictures won't open either.

Help.... I have tried everything. My Microsoft photo app will not work since I clicked s few features on icloud pictures like sharing, etc. Nothing I am doing will correct what ever happened. I can not view all photos, icloud photos or pictures I took with my phone that my computer used to just show on my desktop.

Why won't my Mac allow me to turn toggle "On" for "Apps Using iCloud" for the Photos app? Desperately trying to import 5,000 or so videos/photos on my iphone into my macbook so that I can then move them into a 2TB external storage block. When I plug in my iphone into my 2017 Macbook pro with a cable, only a few photos and videos of my 5k photos and videos are being imported. I have 1.75 TB left in iCloud and 14.64 GB left of storage on my computer itself. What's the issue here?

Photo app will not display photos My photo app does not display photos and give the following error: The library could not be opened. Photos was unable to open the library “Photos Library.photoslibrary”. (5104) I appear to be signed in to iCloud. This has happened suddenly as I was using it during the past week photos appear to be syncing on my iPhone and pad.

Photos not syncing with iCloud The photo app on my Mac has stopped syncing with iCloud. I have 1.6 TB of storage available, I'm signed in on the same Apple ID on both the phone and Mac, the photos are showing up in iCloud when I go directly to the website but they are not syncing with the photos app on my laptop like they used to always do. Any ideas on how to fix it?
