Iphone 6s makes sound and sometime reboot

i dropped my iphone 6s lately and now it makes sound when I shake and sometime reboot the device while i am using or play games can anyone help me? Do I need to worry about this?

There is no way to know what damage has occurred when you dropped it. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have it diagnosed.
