unable to add any Payment method other than US

I want to add payment method from Wise card with billing address in Germany, but there is no country switcher. Only US by default

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 13.4

The region of your payment method(s) must match the region of your AppleID.

Could that perhaps be causing your issue ?

Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support

Try logging into My Apple ID

Look for " Payment Methods "

Can you add the Wise Card from there
