Paid iCloud+ but only 5GB is displaying

Hello! I am from the Philippines. My sister and I paid for iCloud+ 50gb and 200gb respectively. But in our settings, it shows that we only have 5GB storage for iCloud. What to do? I've been paying for months for my icloud+ and my sister just paid now. Is this just a temporary glitch?

Please check -> Go to -> Settings -> your name -> iCloud -> if you see 50 GB (or 200 GB or 2 TB) then you have an iCloud+ plan subscription.

If you have an iCloud+ plan subscription, you will receive a monthly bill from Apple, check your email box.

You pay monthly for iCloud storage.
