Cannot login with my id

If you forgot your device passcode see this: If you forgot your iPad passcode - Apple Support

If you forgot your Apple ID password please go to settings, your name at the top, click on password & security, then click on change password (this only is allowed if your device is passcode protected).

If you are logged into any other Apple devices with the same Apple ID please do the above steps in that device to change the password.

If you aren't logged into any Apple devices and you don't remember your email: If you forgot your Apple ID email address or phone number - Apple Support

If that isn't an option then you will need to do account recovery at this point. Go to iforgot.apple.com to start the process. Please see this article: How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support
